With a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy (BSc) from Cardiff University, Anna Sanders has been dedicated to improving her patients' quality of life since 2013. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and fully insured by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Anna brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to her practice.

Anna's extensive experience spans multiple areas of physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory care, rehabilitation, frailty, falls prevention, and acute medical response. Her current specialism focuses on musculoskeletal health, addressing a wide range of pain and injuries affecting bones, tendons, muscles, joints, and nerves. She also works with patients on strength, balance, and mobility challenges.

In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Anna is skilled in both sports massage and Swedish massage, offering her clients a holistic approach to recovery and well-being alongside injury prevention.

Having worked in the NHS since graduating, Anna gained invaluable experience across many core areas of physiotherapy. In 2022, she took a bold step and founded Anna Sanders Physiotherapy. This shift allowed her to dedicate more time and energy to her own private practice, enabling her to focus on providing the best care to her patients. Since then, the clinic has gone from strength to strength, allowing Anna to transition away from the NHS and fully embrace her independent practice.
