Cancellation Policy

Please note by booking an appointment with Anna Sanders Physiotherapy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling of appointments:

• Cancellations or No-Shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

• If sufficient notice is given and I am able to fill the cancelled or rescheduled slot, the fee will not be charged. However, please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and the full fee may still apply even with notice.

• All cancellation fees must be settled before future appointments can be scheduled
