Cancellation Policy

Please note that by booking an appointment with Anna Sanders Physiotherapy, you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, you will be required to pay 100% of the fee due, unless I am able to fill your slot with another client. While I will always do my best to accommodate and fill these cancellations, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do so.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Adherence to Policy Please understand that this policy is in place to help ensure the smooth running of the clinic and to respect the time of all my clients. I reserve the right to refuse any future physiotherapy sessions to individuals who do not adhere to this policy.

I truly appreciate your understanding, I am committed to providing the best possible care to all my clients. Although I dislike charging for missed appointments, it is necessary to maintain the sustainability of the practice.

I withhold the right to refuse any further physiotherapy sessions with any individual who does not adhere to this policy.

Please understand that I am trying to run a business, so as much as I hate charging for cancelled appointments, no one is exempt from this policy.
