1. Promoter

2. Prize partners
This prize draw is run by Anna Sanders Physiotherapy in collaboration with the following Instagram prize partners: @kinisi_run_hub, @sasha_liftsandruns, @mind.beyond.limits and @alixr.hph.
The prize partners are providing part of the prize only. Anna Sanders Physiotherapy is responsible for administering the prize draw, selecting the winner and contacting the winner, unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
3. Promotion
This promotion is an Instagram prize draw run on the official @annasandersphysiotherapy Instagram account and may also be promoted by the prize partners on their own Instagram accounts. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees, agents, suppliers, family members or anyone professionally connected with Anna Sanders Physiotherapy, the prize partners, or the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.Anna Sanders Physiotherapy reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Duplicate, automated, bulk or bot entries will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries submitted outside the promotion period, incomplete entries, automated entries, entries from fake or giveaway-only accounts, or entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
6. Promotion period
The prize draw closes at midnight on Friday 17th July. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.
7. Prize
There will be one winner. The prize is made up of the following:
• An MOT injury assessment or injury prevention assessment, plus sports massage from Anna Sanders Physiotherapy
• A gait analysis and pair of everyday running trainers from Kinisi Run Hub
• A running foundation test, plus one month of online strength and conditioning training from sasha_liftsandruns and on behalf of Alixr
• A mental readiness reset mini experience from Noemi Mas Therapy
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash alternative. Each element of the prize is subject to the relevant business’s availability, booking terms and any reasonable restrictions stated in these terms and conditions.
If any element of the prize is unavailable, Anna Sanders Physiotherapy reserves the right to substitute that element with a prize of equal or greater value. If any element of the prize involves physiotherapy, massage, treatment, exercise advice, beauty treatment, wellness treatment, food, drink or any other service requiring suitability checks, the relevant business reserves the right to adapt, decline or substitute that element where it would not be appropriate, safe or suitable to provide it.
The prize must be claimed and used within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional costs, travel expenses, parking costs or personal expenses connected with claiming or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place within 3 days of the closing date. Anna Sanders Physiotherapy’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
9. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @annasandersphysiotherapy Instagram account only. The winner must respond within 3 days of being contacted to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Anna Sanders Physiotherapy reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries. Entrants should be aware of fake or impersonation accounts. Anna Sanders Physiotherapy and the prize partners will never ask entrants for bank details or payment information to claim this prize.
10. Prize fulfilment
Anna Sanders Physiotherapy and each prize partner will be responsible for arranging the element of the prize they have provided. The winner may need to communicate directly with Anna Sanders Physiotherapy and/or the relevant prize partners to arrange prize fulfilment. Appointment, voucher, collection or delivery arrangements will be subject to the availability and reasonable booking terms of the relevant business.
11. Publicity
Anna Sanders Physiotherapy may announce the winner by first name and/or Instagram handle on Instagram after the prize draw has closed. Anna Sanders Physiotherapy may also be required to make available information showing that a valid prize award took place. The winner may object to their details being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced, although Anna Sanders Physiotherapy may still be required to provide information to a regulator if requested.
12. Data protection
Personal data provided by entrants will be used for the administration of this prize draw, including selecting and contacting the winner, verifying eligibility, arranging the prize and complying with legal or regulatory obligations. The winner’s details may be shared with the prize partners only where necessary to arrange and fulfil the prize. Entrants’ personal data will not be used for marketing by Anna Sanders Physiotherapy or the prize partners unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications. Any personal data collected for the prize draw will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
13. General
Anna Sanders Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone who breaches these terms and conditions, acts fraudulently, uses multiple accounts to enter where not permitted, or otherwise acts in a way that is unfair or disruptive to the promotion. Anna Sanders Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Anna Sanders Physiotherapy accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or not received for any reason, including technical issues or platform failures. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
